FAIL Servo Op=0095 Resp=0007

But sometimes, above error FAIL Servo Op=0095 Resp=0007 or similar appear once with some other messages and enter F3 T>, this can be firmware issue too, sometimes weak head issue and users need to use HDD firmware repair tools to diagnose further such as unlock, SYS file read and write, etc.

For physical head damage issue, users must find donor drives, open the patient hard drives in clean room environment and then swap the heads by professional head and platter swap tools to continue. Please note: before swapping the heads, please watch carefully the air filter, the surface situation to make sure there’s no platter scratches. If there’re already many scratches on the platter, no need to swap heads and wasted the whole donor.
